EPDM black 60Sh flame-resistant rolls

Product information "EPDM black 60Sh flame-resistant rolls"

flame-resistant classified, good weather resistance (UV / ozone resistant) & aging resistance (long-lived)

The EPDM rubber consists of peroxide cross-linked ethylene-propylene-diene rubber and is the most commonly used rubber compound for special sealing applications in the industrial water sector. The rubber is characterized by a very good weather resistance, ozone resistance and temperature resistance (up to + 120 ° C). Flame resistance classification according DIN EN 45545-2 : 2020-10 and complies with flame classification according ECE-R 118 Annex 6 (95/28/EC Annex IV) & FMVSS 302. The resistance to aging, many media, steam, hot water, acids and alkalis is good.

The medium-hard rubber compound has a hardness of about 70°Shore A and is the usual standard hardness for rubber, comparable to car tires. The best choice for many applications. The rubber compound remains dimensionally stable under pressure over a large area and springs in slightly
