Elastic plastic, noise protection, dust protection, personal protection

The soft PVC is made of polyvinyl chloride with plasticizer and is a transparent, rubber-like, thermoplastic material and is the most widely used plastic as a curtain material for personal protection, noise protection, dust protection, moisture protection and energy savings in door and hall openings, as well for housings of machines and production plants. For example, strip curtains, pendulum doors, hall gates, splash guard curtains, PVC soft with mesh inlay to increase the tear resistance on request.

The hard plastic mixture has a hardness of about 80°Shore A and has a high intrinsic stability and a low bending behavior. Compared to standard tires (such as car tires) of about 65°Shore A is somewhat harder for this plastic compound and remains very stable in shape with large amounts of pressure and only insensibly cushions. The natural vibration of the plastic is very low under load
